An angel investor, mentor and advisor to international companies looking to invest in India. He assists Indian companies implement growth strategies with a specific focus on global expansion, portfolio management/rationalization, talent acquisition/development, new product pipeline & go-to-market models. He actively mentors’ startups. He served as the Managing Director of a large US Technology company and prior to that as the Director of the Asia Pacific region. He currently serves on the board of many large Indian Organizations.
He has been associated with various global Industries for over 30 years and has Leadership, Operational and General Management experiences spanning the regions of India, Europe, and the US. He has been a Leadership Coach and Assessor for the Executive Management Team of various organizations. He served as the Chairman of the Board for multiple Multinational Organizations. He currently supports the Prime Minister’s Fellowship scheme under the aegis of DST in supporting the development of Scientific research in India. He has been the Chief Technology Officer for one of the largest Indian conglomerates. He served as a director and has been on the boards of many Technology companies. His Teams have contributed over 300 Patents a Year. He has been instrumental in the development of advanced sensor technology for US government agencies and research consortiums. He also provides the voice of technology for various academic and industrial bodies including CII, IET, and other research Institutes of repute. He holds an MS and a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, Iowa.
He has served as Managing Director/CEO of various subsidiary companies of a large US based multinational organization in India. He was instrumental in restructuring and turning around businesses and driving exponential growth. He has worked with reputed Indian companies and held senior positions across functions ranging from sourcing to manufacturing, marketing, sales, and project management.
He has served as a Global Marketing Director of a large Petrochemical Company having a global presence in 50 Countries. He is a trained Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and has a Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute of Industrial Engineering (NITIE), Mumbai.

He has over 3 decades of experience in the IT, Telecom and Engineering industry. He has held senior positions and has served as CEO and Independent Director on the Boards of various companies both in India and globally. With strong operations management experience he has led sales distribution, channel management, services, logistics and finance, and manufacturing across a range of companies and product categories. As the Managing Director of one of the leading networking companies in the world, he built a nation-wide distribution and channel network covering metros and tier2 cities in India. He has held leadership roles in one of India’s largest systems Integration Network Companies. He was President of one of world’s leaders in Optical Transmission Equipment for the Telecommunications Industry. He is a graduate of BITS, Pilani and is a Post Graduate in Management from IIM, Bangalore.
She is an Advisor in HR Excellence, and an Independent Director on the Boards of large organizations. Throughout her multi-faceted career spanning over 35 Years, she has been a key business consulting partner, an architect for senior leadership development, and a coach and mentor for senior leaders in organizations. She led the Human Resource strategy and direction for a large US Multinational in India. Under her leadership the company was even recognized as an “Employer of Choice”. She has held multiple senior Human Resource positions in multiple technology companies. She has also worked as a consultant to various organizations. She is an Economics Honor’s graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University.

He has over 28 years of professional experience as a CEO/Business Head and as CFO in reputed organizations. He has been responsible in the development and execution of strategic plans, defining specific market strategies for businesses and positioning organizations for leveraging global opportunities. He has conceptualized and executed numerous new businesses/projects with innovative business models. He has forged many joint ventures Companies overseas, thereby giving access to new markets, products and technologies. He has been instrumental in transforming traditional organizations with clear actionable change strategy and best practices.
He is a strategic management advisor, specializing in re-structuring, turn-arounds, new business launches, new (global) markets entry / new product strategy, JV, M&A, systems & processes. He is on the Board of various companies and currently offers mentoring to CEOs and Leadership Teams.
He is an Engineering graduate from BITS (Birla Institute of Technology) and holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

He is an accredited executive coach and consultant offering executive coaching in leadership and human resource management to clients both in India and Internationally. He has extensive corporate experience as CEO, Management Board Member of a large diversified conglomerate with global business, Head of Marketing, Head of Strategy, Head of Total Quality and Head of Human resource.
He has served in the Boards of several companies. He has also served as Management Board Member of a large Indian Conglomerate for over fifteen years. In this role, he extensively participated in the development of appropriate strategies for turnaround and growth of the diversified businesses in the Group and was involved in monitoring of performance of the companies and CEOs. Prior to that, he held positions of Chief Executive, Head of HR, TQM, Corporate Strategy and Marketing and Head of Management Development and Organization Planning in large corporations. He holds a PhD from IIT Bombay. He is an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Ahmedabad.
He is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also certified on emotional intelligence program – EQ i & EQ 360.
